Initial enquiry & booking procedure
Initial enquiries through telephone or e-mail are met with a brief explanation of the various procedures, client’s requirements and result expectations.
An appointment is then made for a scratch & patch allergy test, at least twenty four hours before the procedure.
A deposit of £100 secures the appointment reservation.
The reservation fee is redeemable against the procedure cost, the balance being paid on the day.
The reservation fee is non refundable if less than five working day notice is given before cancellation.
Consultation
Presenting: Registration. Qualification .Licence. Insurance.
(The consultation may be booked separately from the procedure appointment, but following a successful scratch and patch is usually conducted with the procedure appointment.
(Due to the exacting nature of procedure planning, please allow two to three hours in total for design and procedure treatment.))
Initially at the consultation all questions and concerns are fully attended to, expectations and requirements addressed, and the business of design and effect discussed in full.
Before photographs are taken.
At this time we can use digital imaging to give an example of potential procedure result.

Follow up appointment
My personal approach to micropigmentation; that being the deployment of pigment into the skin with a permanent result; errs on the side of prudence, my philosophy being you can always add, but it is much harder to take away. To that end I will always caution a case client to start off from the more subtle end of the scale unless convinced otherwise.
It is worth noting that more often than not cosmetic case clients request a follow up appointment desirous of ‘MORE’.
‘MORE’ is charged at the rate of £75 per procedure regardless of my procedure time.
If you have any concerns or questions please give the practice a call and ask for Scott, if I am in the clinic, we will take your details and I will return your call at my earliest opportunity.
I hope to hear from you soon,
Best wishes,
Scott C Crawford-Triggs. Clinical Director. CosmedicFX
